Position:
Real Estate Sales Agent | Property Consultant
Ardin Realty Brokers is looking for Experience Real Estate Agents to join the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Developing a competitive market conditions, prices and mortgages by comparing properties & listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
Qualifying new leads.
Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new inquiries.
Facilitating negotiating offers, contract negotiation, and finalizing deals between buyers and sellers.
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent (minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE)
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, good presentation, and communication skills.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus
