Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, reports, and management briefs.
Evaluate reports and highlight risks, gaps, or required actions proactively.
Support the COO in project monitoring, including follow-up with subsidiaries, tracking milestone achievements, and escalating issues.
Act as the primary coordination point between the COO and DI subsidiaries, General Managers, and Group Departments.
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and operational tasks assigned by the COO to ensure timely completion.
Support the COO in managing cross-functional alignment across Real Estate, Manufacturing, Finance, Investments, and other DI verticals.
Liaise with project teams on progress reporting, documentation, and compliance with DI governance frameworks.
Manage the COO's agenda, meetings, prioritization, and scheduling of internal/external engagements.
Coordinate travel, logistics, documents, and briefing packs.
Draft correspondence, internal communication, and responses on behalf of the COO.
Ensure the COO is well-prepared for board meetings, presentations, committees, and high-level engagements.
Compile reports, presentations, and data packs required for operational reviews and board submissions.
Ensure organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all COO-related documentation.
Validate submissions from business units for accuracy and completeness prior to COO review.
Manage escalations, track issue resolution, and coordinate follow-ups.
Receive and manage high-level visitors or delegations on behalf of the COO.
Coordinate communication between the COO, Group CEO Office, CFO, and senior leadership team.
Perform any Other duties as assigned by COO.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or any related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience supporting senior executives in operations, business analysis, strategy, consulting, or corporate functions.
- Experience within Real Estate or Investments or Manufacturing, or diversified groups is highly advantageous.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to prepare executive‑level presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with operational performance metrics, budgeting, and business processes.
- Exceptional communication (written & verbal), influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Relationship‑building ability across all levels of the organization.
