· Collectingstatement of account from allvendors

· Inbound invoicesbooking

· Discrepancy identifying withrates or taxes for all the invoices

·Responding to customer queries

·Export invoices booking

· Requestingaccounts team for posting details of the invoices throughcalls/Mails

· Scanning of invoicespertaining to accounts upload and saving in sharepoint

· Preparing DPW file weeklybasis and segregating and saving invoices in the sharepoint.

· Booking the details of exitrelated to Air & sea shipments in excelsheet
