    Job Description

    • Develop Business and action plans for branchto achieve companys targets and maximize return.
    • Lead supervise coach train and motivate salesstaff to meet and achieve the companys standards andobjectives.
    • Oversees daily salesoperations and activities of Branch (sales customer servicesecretary and logistics) to ensure smooth sales outcome.
    • Control and follow up on daily weekly reportssuch as test drives demo cars marketing reports and salesactivities development to be reported to head office.
    • Control all documentation location stockdisplay financial transactions aspects in the branch to ensureoperations as per policies and procedures.
    • Ensure the companys and group policiesregulations procedures and business ethics codes are communicatedand implemented within the team to be aligned with vision missionand value
    • Communicate with otherinternal dept. such as (finance legal HR workshop stores and etc.)to facilitate daily operations.
    • Handling customers complaints with relevant parties as perstandards to meet companys mission and values
    • Ensure compliance of sales process standardsand Developing fleet team sales skills through training andcoaching to contribute companys objectives


    Requirements

    • University degree in business or relevantmajors
    • 8 years in similarposition
    • Excellent communicationand leadership skills
    • Microsoftapplications literate and Automotive applications
