Job purpose:
The Marketing Assistant is a proactive and organized individual responsible for supporting various marketing

initiatives, ensuring their successful execution. In this role, the Marketing Assistant will have the following key

- responsibilities:

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: The Marketing Assistant will assist in managing social media accounts,
scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community to enhance the brand's online presence.

  • Advertisement Campaigns: The Marketing Assistant will support the planning, implementation, and
monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing goals and budget.

  • Influencer Collaboration: The Marketing Assistant will identify and collaborate with influencers and
industry partners to promote products/services. This includes managing influencer agreements, tracking

content, and measuring campaign success.

  • Research and Reporting: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights will be
a part of the Marketing Assistant's responsibilities. They will also prepare reports and presentations for

management based on gathered data.

  • Basic Design Tasks: The Marketing Assistant will utilize computer software for basic graphic design tasks,
such as creating visuals for social media, advertisements, and presentations.

  • Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration with various teams within the organization is essential. The
Marketing Assistant will work closely with colleagues to ensure the seamless execution of marketing

projects and initiatives.

  • Adhoc Tasks: The Marketing Assistant will adapt to and assist with any other tasks or projects assigned by
the marketing team to support the overall success of the organization.


KPI

  • Increase in followers, likes, shares, and comments on relevant social media platforms.
  • Track engagement rates and analyze the success of social media campaigns.
  • Track the number of leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Assess the quality of leads by evaluating conversion rates from leads to customers.
  • Increase organic and referral website traffic.
  • Analyze website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Measure brand visibility and recognition through surveys, social media mentions, and other relevant
indicators.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys and reviews.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and identify areas for improvement.
  • Measure the overall return on marketing investment.
  • Assess the costeffectiveness of different marketing campaigns and channels.

Pay:
AED3, AED8,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- marketing executive: 1 year (preferred)
