    I. Purpose


    • To ensure high-quality polishing of vehicles after painting, delivering smooth and defect-free surfaces that meet company and customer standards.

    II. Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities


    • Polish vehicles after painting to achieve a smooth and glossy finish.

    • Operate polishing apparatus and apply polishing compounds to vehicle surfaces.

    • Remove scratches, imperfections, and defects prior to polishing.

    • Replace worn buffs, pads, and related components using appropriate tools.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Polishing Foreman or Bodyshop Manager.

    IV. Position Qualifications

    Education:

    • High School or equivalent education is required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive polishing.

    Languages:

    • Basic communication skills in English.

    The Car Polisher plays a key role in ensuring vehicles leave the bodyshop with exceptional finish quality. Candidates with solid polishing experience and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
