- Maintain the Clinic according toDubai Health Authority and Dubai Municipalityrequirements.
- Renew the clinic license incooperation with the Government inCharge.
- Record and update all informationregarding Heartist illness and keeping the concerned Heads ofDepartment and/or Supervisor informed as well as the T&CDepartment highlighting trends or reoccurrences wherenecessary.
- Prepare and maintain for eachHeartist a medical file.
- To maintain a registerof employment injuries in which any workplace accident oroccupational disease sustained or contracted, shall beentered.
- Prepares all claim forms for medicalreimbursements relating to illness or work accident while adheringto all policies and procedures.
- Ensure properrequisitioning and control of all pharmaceuticalsupplies.
- To assist all sick Heartists byguiding them to the appropriate Clinic.
- Ensurethere are sufficient first aid boxes in the hotel and accommodationand that they are property maintained and refilled by the SecurityDepartment.
- Liaise with the L&D Managerin the implementation of all programs relating to First Aid andHygiene.
- Enroll all new joiners in theinsurance coverage and Group Life Personal Accident policy fromtheir first joining day.
- Provides basic patientcare and treatments
- Administer emergencytreatment for injuries/illnesses; arrange medical care ifnecessary.
- Inform employer and employees ofemployee health problems (infectious disease outbreak) to minimizeor eliminate potential illness risks.
- Liasewith the typing center to get the OHC,medical & Emirate IDtyping ready.
- Accompany the Newjoiners andactive Heartists for medical tests for OHC, new & renewalvisa.
- To participate in organizing an ndimplementationsocial for all kibd Heartistsevents.
