JobResponsibilities:

• Policy Development andImplementation:
• Develop, review, and updatecorporate governance policies andprocedures.

• Monitor and ensure compliance withall relevant laws, regulations, and industrystandards.

Board Support andCommunication:

• Assist in the preparation of boardmeetings, including agenda creation, materials distribution, andminutes recording.
• Facilitate communicationbetween board members and executiveleadership.
  
  

StakeholderEngagement:

• Interact with stakeholders, includingshareholders, regulators, and institutionalinvestors.
• Address inquiries and concernsrelated to corporate governance practices.
