Description
We are looking for a leader to lead our sales Team. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.


Responsibilities:

To provide leadership and direction to the sales team for the achievement of the business targets
- by monitoring, assessing and improving their performance

Support the learning and development of the sales team

Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads

Track and report all sales activities

Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Work in close co-ordinate with the CEO to develop strategic plans for the sales team and execute the same on the floor by leading a team of sales agents

Work in close co-ordination with the Training Manager and CEO to assign projects to tele sales & sales teams

Conduct weekly meetings with the Sales Directors of various Developers to discuss upcoming market trends and formulate strategic business plans

Arrange developer trainings for new and old employees

Verify the leads, assign them to the team and monitor performance - by keep an eye of Daily Sales Report and ensuring the agents are moving in direction of achieving their sales targets

Be a mentor to sales agents
- by providing solutions to queries, monitoring their calls with clients to ensure efficient handling

Ensure each sales agent is generating channel partner business

Update the team about upcoming launches & offers and ensure the same is being broadcasted

Stay up to date with all the real estate trends and forecasts


Role Requirements
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree


Qualifications:

Experience managing sales teams

Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads/clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant sales experience

At least 2-3 years of Dubai Real Estate experience

Proven experience as a team leader having formulated strategic sales and marketing plans is a must

Strong understanding of real estate market

Hands
- on experience as a real estate consultant

Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
