    To plan, initiate and conduct sales processwith the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call andcontribute in achieving the salestargets.

    Walk-incustomers:

    • Greet and assist customersentering the showroom floor to present a professional environmentthat supports automotivesales

    · Attend tocustomers visiting the showroom, initiate service process with thempaying attention to their needs, and offer qualified advice on thespecifications of the product.

    • Answerquestions about services provided by D Luxe and the viability ofthe service on their vehicles, service check-ups required andwarranties covering their services
    • Providecustomers with
    • Employ strong communication andinterpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potentialcustomers with their service selection
    • Providethe customer with details about other non-requested services thatwould add value to their vehicles(Upsale)

    · Ensurepre-delivery inspections (ensure that it is QC certified), placethe D Luxe perfume & D Luxe on all cars leaving DLuxe

    • Request the customer to leave aGoogle Maps review
    • Ensure that payment has beenreceived by the cashier before releasing thevehicle

    Reportingrequirements:

    • Monitor the progress ofthe jobs in D Luxe and provide timely updates to Operations Managerand potentially, thecustomer

    · Report daily onsales data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgetedperformance

    · Ensure that the customeris aware of all available extras, accessories andwarranties.

    · Notify the customers ofdelay, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any,ensuring smooth conclusion of vehiclehandover.

    · Provide customers withqualified advice on vehicle finance and insurancefacilities.

    · Participate in seasonalsales campaign and promotions to maximize salespenetration

    • Maintain an up-to-datecustomer database to drive current and future automotivesales
    • Present used and new cars through testdrives, demonstrations, and dealershipwalk-throughs

    · Carry outsales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets andbudgets.

    · Prepare/ maintain callreports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager ofthe same.

    · Maintain close contactwith prospect customers, make sales call and visit them to suittheir schedule/ convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable salesprospects.

    · Maintain customerdatabase and contribute towards the development of prospects list.Keep abreast of competition in this segment ofcars.
