What To Expect

At MUFG, Systems and Cybersecurity are not just support functions—they're the backbone of our operations and the shield that protects our business. These teams deliver the tools, services, and safeguards that keep our enterprise running smoothly and securely across the MENA region.

Whether it's enabling seamless banking experiences or defending against digital threats, these departments play a mission-critical role in shaping the future of finance.

Our Systems team provides technical services and support across the Middle East and North Africa. We ensure that MUFG's infrastructure is reliable, responsive, and ready to meet the demands of a dynamic banking environment. Working in Systems will allow you to get exposure to broad range of system technologies, from hardware to cloud platforms.

Cybersecurity at MUFG is about proactive protection and empowering our people. Our team leads local awareness campaigns to help colleagues understand cyber risks and how to prevent them—because sometimes, the biggest threats come from everyday actions.  Working in Cybersecurity you will experience in designing and delivering awareness campaigns that make cybersecurity accessible and engaging.  Joining Systems or Cybersecurity at MUFG means stepping into a role where technology meets purpose.  You'll be part of a team that's constantly adapting, learning, and innovating—whether you're restoring critical services, building client trust, or defending against cyber threats.

Our 18-month Analyst Programme starts with a comprehensive training programme designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients and our business strategies. You will join the programme in Dubai and as part of the induction you get the opportunity to head to London for 5 weeks. Equipped with newfound knowledge, you will have the opportunity to complete rotations into different business areas which will allow you to quickly develop the skills and knowledge required to become an integral part of the team straightaway.

As a part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry.  We're highly team-driven, but you'll still find plenty of opportunity to shine as an individual. The interactive programme, will allow you to

• Gain in-depth understanding of different financial products and markets by attending a bespoke technical training. Supplemental training will be provided throughout the 18 months

• Experience what it's really like to work in global investment banking by gaining hands-on work experience

• Build your networks both internally and externally by gaining exposure to employees from all levels of the organisation
