Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Must be well versed in UAE and Saudi Labor and Immigration requirements.
Ability to recruit high performance talent for C-Suite and Management positions.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Implement and annually review compensation and benefits policies.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. finance, marketing, etc.) to identify and solve HR-related problems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Salary Range 10-12k.
Job Types:

Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
