To perform the day-to-day activities in Talent Acquisition


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain the position requirements and discuss the Job Description with them.
  • Network and build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal & external customers.
  • Ensure that recruiting activities follow Government regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Work cooperatively with all members of Talent Acquisition to implement staffing plans and activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Sales/Customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Wellorganized
  • Ability to work with targets
  • Sound judgement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (required)
