Are you a skilled Spa Therapist with expertise in Balinese Massage, Reflexology, Facials, and Thai Massage? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional spa experiences? We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual from Indonesia to join our team as a Spa Therapist at Dreamwork Spas.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments that cater to our client's unique needs and preferences.

Your primary focus will be on Balinese Massage, Facials, and Thai Massage, ensuring that guests leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and pampered.

Responsibilities:
Perform Spa Treatments according to the spa's established protocols and standards. Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Offer professional recommendations for appropriate treatments based on individual needs. Ensure a clean, hygienic, and inviting spa environment at all times.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the spa's products, services, and promotions.
Uphold the highest level of customer service and hospitality, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
Handle guest inquiries, appointments, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth spa operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:
Preferably to be from Indonesia with proper work authorization to work as a Spa Therapist.
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, with a focus on Balinese Massage & other Spa treatments
Extensive knowledge of Balinese Massage techniques, traditional Facials, and Thai Massage practices.
Possess relevant certifications or training in spa therapies and massage techniques.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
