Description
o Participate and lead quality audits,working in close coordination with work groups for successfulimplementation of QMS
o Ensure audit findings,and non-conformances are identified, reviewed and analyzed toaddress corrective and preventative actions in an effective andtimely manner.
o Conduct investigation ofcustomer complaints and perform root-cause analysis, and submitreports to Project Quality manager and Constructionmanager
o Implement, monitor, report projectQuality KPIs and provide input for monthly quality reports toProject Quality Manager
o Manage Nonconformanceand CAPA's. Analyze, track and trend the findings forcontinuous improvement of quality managementsystem
o Identify and manage Quality risks andLesson learns that have an impact on theproject
o Conduct Quality Induction training toall new staff joining the Construction team
oPlan and organize quality tool box talks among constructionteam
