About Sharjah English school
"An outstanding school." (BSO 2019) Founded almost 50 years ago, SES is one of the most prestigious educational establishments in the United Arab Emirates. The school enjoys green, spacious grounds, located on the Sharjah/Dubai border and close to Sharjah University City. We cater to some 900 pupils from FS1 to Year 13, following the National Curriculum for England and Wales.

About the Role SES seeks a qualified and experienced administrator, educated to Degree level, who will be responsible in helping with daily administrative tasks.


Job description:


Communication plan /social Media Coordinator - (Emirati National Only)

  • In conjunction with the various SES departments, write and update the content of the SES website.
  • Animate external communication tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, newsletter), optimize and increase the visibility and notoriety of the SES on social networks, moderation of opinions;
  • Define and deploy the SES media plan, develop contact and relations with the media, set up digital communication campaigns with targeted and multilingual content, participate in increasing leads;
  • Create original and varied school promotion content that follows a clear editorial line of publications, transmits strong messages, with segmented targets.
  • Ensure qualitative and quantitative monitoring of external communications by providing performance analysis (monitoring report), analysis of web marketing actions and proposing areas for improvement and optimization, implementation of the SEO strategy (keywords, net linking, landing pages);
  • Support and participate in the organization of SES events and demonstrations which ensure high visibility for the school, develop and maintain the link with suppliers and service providers;
  • Develop the network of partners, companies, relays and ambassadors of the school to promote the SES, support the school's activities and projects;

Required profile:

Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, design management or related field

experience working in a role which involves social media campaigns/media buying


Skills:

Creativity and enthusiasm;
Excellent writing and communication skills in English;
Sense of organization, priority management, responsiveness and initiative;
Mastery of social networks;
Mastery of DTP tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and office automation (Microsoft Office);
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
Autonomy, responsiveness, and availability.
