- Managing all Finance and Accounting Operations
- Preparing and publish with assistance of ourjunior team monthly financial statements including profit and lossstatements balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Management and oversight of accounts receivable accountspayable management sales ledger purchase ledger etc.
- Support monthend and yearend close process
- Liaise with external auditors for Financial Audit
- Forecasting future financialperformance
- Preparing financial forecasts forprospective investors
- Investor portfoliomanagement and reporting
- Manage and complywith government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Intercompany account management
- Financial Analysis & Reviews ofBorrowers
- Ability to present to keystakeholders and investors
- Recommendingchanges in policies or procedures that will improve financialperformance
- Previous Financial Controller experience required 5years
- Experience working for a lendingbusiness is helpful however not essential
- Experience working for UK businesses
- Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent)
- Xero experience essential
- Experienceof controlling the finance function from transactionallevel
- Experience of managing a team
- Good interpersonal skills with ability tocommunicate at all levels
- Dedicated andflexible work attitude towards completion ofdeliverables
- Able to demonstrate strongbusiness acumen
- Develop relationships withkey stakeholders across the group
