Country Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - COMTEL
Description
Responsible for overall Planning and Target achievement- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
- Daily liaising with the head office and sharing of all required reports
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Monitoring team performance at all levels, and scheduling the training when necessary.
- Development and execution of marketing plans.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Establishing professional relationships with all channels/partners (Operator/Organize Retail/ Independent Retail)
- Negotiating/planning with the suppliers and ensuring continues stock supplies at a right price
- Ensuring consistent business development and addition of the new Brands/Products
- Maximize sales and profitability in the country
Requirements:
- 5 to 15year experience in a Telecom company
- Should have previous experience of heading a large team, all channels
- Must have previous experience in managing P&L and bottom line
- Fully competent in managing Brands and implementing market strategies
- Maintains a positive outlook and shows flexibility to new approaches
