Description
Responsible for overall Planning and Target achievement

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Daily liaising with the head office and sharing of all required reports
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Monitoring team performance at all levels, and scheduling the training when necessary.
  • Development and execution of marketing plans.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Establishing professional relationships with all channels/partners (Operator/Organize Retail/ Independent Retail)
  • Negotiating/planning with the suppliers and ensuring continues stock supplies at a right price
  • Ensuring consistent business development and addition of the new Brands/Products
  • Maximize sales and profitability in the country

Requirements:


  • 5 to 15year experience in a Telecom company
  • Should have previous experience of heading a large team, all channels
  • Must have previous experience in managing P&L and bottom line
  • Fully competent in managing Brands and implementing market strategies
  • Maintains a positive outlook and shows flexibility to new approaches
