- Complete all food productionactivities as per the Production Procedures and Supervisorinstructions.
- Offloading of raw materials,ingredients, packaging materials and theirstorage
- Loading of goods to Blast Freezer andunloading of frozen products from Blast Freezer, packing offrozen/chilled goods and moving the packed goods to Coldstore.
- Portioning of Chilled/Frozen Poultry,Beef and Lamb into portions.
- To daily cleanproduction floor, drainage lines, utensils andequipment's.
- Complete production taskeffectively with in the given period and based on productionorders.
- Willingness to work in day and nightshifts flexible schedule and for extended hours(overtime)
- Willingness to work on weekends andpublic holidays when required.
- Willing to workin cold environment Cold store (-18 Degree Centigrade), Chiller (5Degree Centigrade), Processing area (15 DegreeCentigrade)
- Perform any other assignments asrequired by the Shift In-charge or ProductionSupervisor.
