Description
Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with inquiries and any complaints.

  • Provide personalized assistance and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all checkins and checkouts are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities etc.
  • Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
  • Give proper and complete handover to the next shift
  • Should be able to handle all guests without bias or prejudice.
  • Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.

Requirements:


  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum
    5 years of prior experience in Hotel Industry.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Observant, discriminating and detailoriented
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

Salary:
From AED 2000 per month.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
