Description
Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with inquiries and any complaints.- Provide personalized assistance and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure that all checkins and checkouts are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities etc.
- Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
- Give proper and complete handover to the next shift
- Should be able to handle all guests without bias or prejudice.
- Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum
5 years of prior experience in Hotel Industry. - Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
- Personable, enthusiastic, selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Observant, discriminating and detailoriented
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Salary:
From AED 2000 per month.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
