- Work with the Business units andthe Regional CEO on the strategy of the company to link thecorporate and function strategy with each business unitstrategy.
- Translate high-level corporate vision& strategy into executable projects and actions(OKRs).
- Translating into functional strategiesand targets for functional yearly objectiveslist.
- Manage project/initiatives according tostandard and best practices to each projectsobjectives.
- Report on top strategies programsidentified as imperative for the group.
- PMOteam building and development according to bestpractices.
- Develop each function/BU yearlyobjectives linked with business strategies and runninginitiatives.
- Create and enhance thedocumentation/meeting management process for betterdocumentation.
- Set projecttimelines
- Monitor projectdeliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders orteam members on the project progress
- Coach andsupport project team members with tasks you assignthem
- Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering with an additional qualification in ProjectManagement from a recognizeduniversity.
- Minimum experience of 8 years inProject Management, preferably with Hospital and Medical Centersexperience.
- Monitor project deliverables inConstruction, Software Development, StructureDevelopment,
