Description
Managing and maintaining suppliers' ledgers.- Responsible for payables to suppliers and vendors and regular reconciliation along with timely communication with them.
- Managing transactions related to (but not limited to) Expense ledgers, Banks, Current and Fixed assets, Liabilities
- Communication with Banks related to Guarantees, Letter of credits, Payments, TR facilities etc.
- Bank reconciliations and online process on each Bank's online portal
- Assisting Finance Manager for payrolls management and VAT filing.
- Get involved in all documents related to Internal and external audit and cash flow, when needed.
- Assisting Finance Manager for payrolls management and VAT filing.
- Expected 45 years of experience in similar field.
Experience:
- Accounting (preferred)
- Finance (preferred)
