    Support Human Resources& General Administration Department in Activityexecution in accordance
    todepartment and divisionobjectives.
    Ensure compliance andaccuracy of Human Resources & General AdministrationDepartment activities

    Support HumanResources and General Administration team members in other relatedactivities.
    General
    Maintain Time & Attendance records of allassociates.
    Maintain employeerecords of all associates and ensure accurate and timely updates asandwhen
    required.
    Handle the reception area by welcoming guests and managingcalls
    Handle all couriers relatedto the company.
    Participate& support in implementing associate relationsactivities and strategies.
    Medical Insurance and Travel agency coordination for associaterequirements.
    Air ticket and Visaarrangements for associate travelrequirement
    Payroll and Overtimeprocessing in due time.
    Administration and Facility suppliercoordination.
    Other Prepare NOCletters and other relateddocumentation.
    Leave recordsmanagement for all associates
    Apply for a new visa renew residence visa JAFZA certificates etcunder JAFZAportal.

    Requirements

    Reporting
    Weekly / Monthly reporting on supplier invoices andpayments
    Monthly reporting onleave consumption payroll andattendance.
    Weekly / Monthlyreporting on Employee requests and Employee records updates (incl.residency
    visa status) and targetachievement
    Monthly PDCA forbusiness improvement
    KPIs
    Timely update of reportsassociate records and database
    Zero errors in payroll processing
    Timely meeting the associate servicerequests.
    No delays in invoicesapprovals and submission supplier payments activitiesimplementation


    Background& Qualification:
    Minimum Graduate with 46 years experience Human Resources orAdministrationrelatedarea.
