Full Job Description

• Preparing HBL / MBL, sea exportplacing booking and filing shipping Instructions
• Responsible for Export / Import related paperwork, documentation and coordination.
• Coordinating with Shipping line and Airline.
• To actively take quotes from reliable freight agencies on timely air and sea shipments
• Might have experience with Export / Import paperwork such as Invoice, PL, BL/AWB.
• Taking air and sea freight quotes and booking shipments with freight agents.
• Documentation for custom clearance. Coordinating accordingly to ensure a smooth clearance process.
• Booking of the vehicle to ensure timely delivery of material to end warehouse.
• Going to Seaport/ Airport to solve custom clearance deadlocks.
• Understand essential use of Calogi / Dubai Trade platforms to assist with operations and customs declarations

Experience and Skills:
Must have experience with freight forwarding company which is based in Dubai

Fluent written and spoken English, additional language a bonus

Excel and MS Office skills are essential

Calogi: 2 years (required)

Excel: 1 year (required)
