Concrete Products & Building Materials Outdoor Sales Manager
Gulf Crown Building Materials is looking for an energetic and target oriented Outdoor Sales Manager.

As an Outdoor Sales executive, you would be required to maintain good relationships, negotiate deals with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business.

You should have experience with the Following Concrete Products.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads and Sales from Contractors, Small Projects and Landscape Companies
• Prepare submittals
• Prepare samples
• Prepare Quotation and followup of the same
• Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
• Negotiate/close deals
• Maintain a professional company image at all times
• Build strong and successful relationships with clients
• Follow up with customers after meetings.
• Organizing and attending the exhibitions.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Requirements and skills:

• Proven Project sales experience of at least 5 years in Precast Concrete Products.
• Track record of achieving sales target
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Disciplined and organized to follow the company rules
• Familiarity with different sales techniques
• Computer use competency
• Fluent in English (Fluency in Arabic will add a great value)
• Bachelor's Degree

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (required)

AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
