Requirements:
Ensure smooth daily operation in administrative function for department, including coordinating with external vendor and admin passes.
Manage, monitor and overseeing the stock inventory, ensuring materials are issued and are replenished accordingly.

Assist to prepare for application for all necessary government licenses, certificates and/or approvals including statutory engineering certificates in respect of retrofitting, lifts, fire certificate, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, electrical installations, pool and water features, potable water tanks, façade logo and signages, etc.
