We are seeking for Sale Executive for Watches


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Act as an ambassador for the Brand at all times.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  • Creating and maintaining customer's network
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Processing transactions quickly and accurately
  • Perform timely follow up with customers
Maintain eye-catching effective displays within the store
Follow operating procedures related to sales and stock

  • Work to achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations
  • Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously
  • To educate customers to the brand, explaining the values of the brand to new clients
  • Keep your client list aware of upcoming events and any new products
  • Perform as a teamplayer and contribute to the overall objectives of the brand and Company

Skill requirement:


  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Handson experience with POS transactions
  • Handson experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Passionate about the luxury retail sector
  • Wellpresented and polished
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works well within a friendly and supportive team
  • Dynamic, selfmotivated, openminded and resultdriven, Customer service skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
