KEY COMPETENCIES

Technical competencies:

Ten (10) years of formal piping supervisory/management experience in heavy industrial projects such as ship yards, refineries, petro-chemical complexes, power plants, etc.

Should be conversant with applicable safe working practices, quality & technical specifications in line with marine/offshore/oil & gas industry.
Ability to manage / control a multi-national workforce on a dynamic work nature.
Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and multinational employees.
Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (other preferences will be given for special language skills where there is a business need.

Good commanding and leadership skills to define the daily/weekly targets to the team and get the job done within the project scheduleUnderstanding of ship/module structural terminology to suit the pipe against 3d model and GAD.Strong understanding and hands on experience on piping deliverable management, Test pack definition, system completions and priority definition.

Good knowledge on new module construction management in line with sequence of piping systems completion.

Awareness on welding standards, NDT requirements and weld sequencingField experience in coordinate system based piping installation, line walks and completion planning.

Basic knowledge in machineries and related connections with piping and its system functionality.
Advanced skills on Spool fabrication sequencing and material management as well material alternative proposals.
ITR and punch list management.

Salary:
AED9, AED10,000.00 per month
