    • University degree in computerscience or a related field
    • 3 years ofexperience in the engineering domain
    • Strongability to inspect code and actively seek out security issues andvulnerabilities
    • In-depth knowledge of softwaredevelopment, security, operations principles and bestpractices
    • Extensive experience in programminglanguages such as Python, Perl, Bash,etc.
    • Knowledge of configuration managementtools such as Chef
    • An understanding of PublicCloud Security and its core components, including Compute Engine,Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Google Cloud Networking (VirtualPrivate Cloud, Subnets, Routes, Firewall Rules, VPN), Cloud SQL,Storage (Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk), Single Sign-On (SSO), andIdentity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Experiencewith DevOps tools and best practices such as Git, Jenkins,CircleCI, and Ansible
    • Experience with Docker orsimilar container technologies
    • Proficiency insecurity and privacy principles, including best practices such asauthentication, authorisation, encryption, andGDPR
    • Excellent spoken and written Englishcommunication skills
