    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant, requiring presence in Ras Al Khaimah with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing lease administration, negotiating leases, handling resident retention, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting property tours, managing client inquiries, providing market analysis, and assisting clients with lease agreements and renewals.

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in Leases, Lease Administration, and Resident Retention
    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Ability to provide market analysis and property management advice
    • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
    • The Job Role is purely Commission Based and No Basic Salary is Provided.
