We are excited to announce a new opportunity to work with an ultra-luxury resort in Dubai.

Working as Beverage Manager, you will oversee the beverage program for one of the finest international brands in the hospitality industry.

Working with the food and beverage team and reporting into the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure that the beverage program consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the beverage program including menu development, inventory management, and cost controls.
Develop and execute training programs for all frontofhouse staff on proper beverage preparation and service.
Work with the food and beverage team to develop food and beverage pairings and ensure the beverage program supports the culinary concept.
Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and emerging products and make recommendations for menu adjustments.
Maintain excellent relationships with beverage vendors and suppliers.
Consistently meet or exceed budgeted financial targets, including revenue generation and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
Must be a fluent English speaker and ideally speak an additional European language.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful beverage programs.
Proficient knowledge of beverage products and their preparation.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, high pressure environment.
