Description

Handleemployee grievances and mediate conflicts between employees orbetween employees and management.
Implementdisciplinary procedures when necessary ensuring fair and consistenttreatment of allemployees.
Fostera positive work environment and promote employee engagement andsatisfaction.
Developand update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employmentlaws andregulations.
Ensureconsistent application of policies across theorganization.
CommunicateHR policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance oncompliance.
Stayinformed about changes in employment laws and regulations andensurecompliance.
Handlelegal matters related to employment such as discrimination claimsor labordisputes.
Workwith legal counsel as needed to address legal issues and mitigaterisks.
Administeremployee benefits programs including health insurance retirementplans and leavepolicies.
Assistemployees with benefitsrelated questions andissues.
Evaluateand recommend changes to benefits programs to ensurecompetitiveness andcosteffectiveness.
Administeringthe performance management system to maintain data accuracy andtrack keymetrics
Collaboratingwith your colleagues to help execute the People & Culturestrategy share knowledge and bestpractices.
Promotingand supporting the firm s employer brand in all activities withinthe firm andexternally.

Requirements

Mastersdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
8years of experience in HR roles with progressively increasinglevels ofresponsibility.
Strongknowledge of UAE employment laws andregulations.
Certificationin HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is aplus

Five (5) or more years of experience designing web pages using HTMLand CSS Five (5) or more years of general Graphic Design experienceusing Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator Five (5) or more years ofexperience with JavaScript Four (4) or more years of experiencewith jQuery Experience in designing sites for a mobile environmentExperience in Adobe Dreamweaver Experience testing websites withmultiple browsers and device specifications Experience preparingbriefings and status reports for management Academics & Otherqualifications BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field;Master's degree preferred
