Open Position:Level 3 Windows Engineer (MNCCompany)

An MNC company is currently hiringfor Level 3 Windows Engineerto join the team and be based in the Selangoroffice.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• Goodexperience in supporting and administrating Office365, AD,virtualization and infrastructure platforms such as Cloud, HyperV,VDI andetc
  
• Strongtechnical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Backup,Cloud, Server, Storage with experience in Windowsenvironment
  
• Goodexperience in change, request and incident management process withability to identify areas of improvement and implementing bigfixand long termsolutions
  
• Consistentmonitoring to ensure all services are functioning and accessible atall times withoutinterruptions
  
• Goodexperience in participating/leading project rollouts throughplanning, testing and implementation phases to meet businessobjective
  
• Havingprofessional certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, MCTS and VMWarewould be addedadvantage
  
• Goodcommunication skills and enjoys working in a team-basedenvironment
