    Business Development Executive - Russian Speaker


    We are a furniture manufacturing company based in Dubai, looking for a dynamic, competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive professional to join our team.

    If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

    Responsibilities :

    • Interact with Design and Factory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Promote the company's sales products.
    • Coordinate with the Factory team on a daily basis on the production process.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Coordinate with the design team for concepts, drawings, and BOQ
    • Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
    • Identify customer issues/barriers and ensure the delivery of sold products on time.
    • Prepare and review quotations/BOQs/specs/sales orders for accuracy.
    • Receive inquiries and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Attend to and follow up on customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collect payments within the payment period.
    • Increase sales and profitability.
    • Generate new sales/customers.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or any relevant degree.
    • Minimum 25 years of similar experience in furniture and fitout.
    • Experience in Furniture Bespoke Sales.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English are mandatory.
    • The candidate should be able to generate new business and sales as well as increase the existing business.
    • MS Office, ERP
    • A car and a valid UAE driving license are a must.
