    MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) Systems & Integration Developer ROLE OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a highly experienced MetaTrader specialist with deep expertise in MT4/MT5 plugin development, Manager API integrations, and trading infrastructure engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with how brokerage trading environments operate end-to-end, including bridges, liquidity connectivity, execution flows, risk systems, and latency-sensitive architectures.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MetaTrader Development & Integration

    - Design, develop, and maintain MT4/MT5 plugins, gateways, and custom server-side solutions.

    - Build and support integrations using MetaTrader Manager API and Admin API.

    - Develop real-time services for trade execution monitoring, account management, risk handling, and reporting.

    Trading Infrastructure & Bridge Connectivity

    - Implement and support bridge integrations (liquidity bridges, prime brokers, LPs, ECNs).

    - Manage order lifecycle, execution models, and risk flows.

    - Optimize execution routing, pricing feeds, and symbol configurations.

    - Design low-latency, high-availability services.

    - Analyze and optimize execution latency, price feed delays, and bridge performance.

    - Troubleshoot live trading issues.

    Trading Logic & Functional Expertise

    - Work with dealing and risk teams on margin, swaps, commissions, and automation logic.

    - Translate business and trading requirements into technical implementations.

    Operations, Support & Governance

    - Provide 2nd/3rd line support for MT4/MT5 environments.

    - Produce documentation and architecture diagrams.

    - Support audits and regulatory initiatives.

    REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Core MetaTrader Expertise

    - Custom server plugins and gateways

    - Bridge systems and liquidity aggregation

    - Trading terminology and mechanics

    - FIX connectivity concepts

    Programming & Systems

    - C++, Java, C#, Python

    - Multithreading and messaging systems

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    - 5+ years in a similar trading systems role

    - Strong background in live trading infrastructure

    PERSONAL QUALITIES

    - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

    - Excellent communication across technical and trading teams

    - High ownership of system stability and performance
