- Analyze the financial information and preparation of MIS report on a monthly basis
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Preparation of term budget for operational expenses
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Review bank recon and balance sheet schedules on a monthly basis
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Provide technical support and guidance to branch accountants
- Supervise and ensure the efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization
- Develop and formulate all reports and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage
- Review and consolidate payroll
- Liaise with auditors and preparation of required reports
- Provide input into department's goal setting process
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Review payments and prepare payment when required
- Review cash flow statement on weekly basis
- Preparation on VAT recon report
- Review VAT on quarterly basis
- Preparation of Ad hoc reports
- Inter-company reconciliation
