Reviewascertain evaluate and study the Planning Requirements issued bythe Contractors Clients to ensure that the plan & logic ofConstruction Programs are consistent with Clients Contractors scopeof works
3. Plan implement establish and monitor suitablemonitoring tools to compare actual performance vs plannedperformance which enable necessary corrective actions.
4. Coordinate and correlate with the siteteam and maintain continuous communication to ensure that the siteteam comprehends the program requirements and necessary actions areimplemented and progressed.
5.Generate and monitor Manpower Histogram Scurve KPI Cash FlowsWeekly and Monthly reports to ensure that project planningrequirements are fulfilled.
6.Review study and evaluate the changes to contract works and revisethe construction program to ensure that the consequent entitlementsare secured and contributes to evaluate and preparing time relatedconstruction claims so that such claims are accurately composed andcontractually viable.
7.Coordinate and communicate with Contractors / Clients to ensurethat the progress of works is in line with the project programrequirements to achieve the goals.
