- established clinicalpractice.
- Manages patient parameters within theaccepted safe ranges of established clinicalpractice.
- Sets-up and operates all availableperfusion devices.
- Supports organ transplantprocedures and new surgical procedures.
- Assistsin research, animal testing and productevaluation.
- Maintains on-call responsibilitiesand operating room coverage.
- Performsdepartment functions such as laboratory coverage, stock ofsupplies.
- and equipmentmaintenance
- Provides total patient supportduring cardiopulmonary bypass.
- Performs patientcharting.
