    Job Description Responsibility and Focus


    Responsible for:
    Building client relationships and monitoring a teamCollaborating with senior leadership (Business Lead / CEO), various departments of the agency (creative, strategy, production), and other potential partners from Publicis Group (media, Vertical, epsilon, sapient)Leading the strategic, operational, and delivery aspects of the account and owning relationships with the client(s)Working closely with the Business Lead of your account(s) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and revenue growth across your assigned clients' portfolioTaking responsibility & accountability for the growth of your client's business within the assigned clients' portfolioIdentifying and developing opportunities to drive new business proposals involving the group capabilitiesFostering the agency's beliefs and spirit both externally and internallyDeveloping and driving vision for the business to bring in more business, drive the Power of One development and implementationInspiring, mentoring, and guiding the career development of your team members

    Technical & Product


    Responsibilities include:
    Leading clients' conversations and working closely with Business Lead(s) to ensure excellence in strategy, creative, and productionOverseeing strategy, planning, creative execution, production for all assigned client-account(s)Being perceived as a trusted advisor by your own clients and as an expert in a specific industryDefining the correct scope, needed resources, and delivering accordingly to financial targets for the current year

    Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for all outcomes, quality control, and the health of the relationship with the client across all disciplines, practices, facets of the business internal and externalBuilding strong client relationships to understand the needs and requirements to proactively support the day-to-day delivery of projectsDriving cross client collaboration to drive both business growth and strategic alliances cross industriesSetting the yearly strategic roadmap with the client on business transformation and ensuring brand strategy consistency

    Qualifications


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 12+ years experience in brand, digital, social, and data-driven marketing projectsExperience in a client-facing leading roleManagement experience of at least 6-8 subordinatesExcellent understanding of end-to-end communication ecosystem, digital, data usages, and technologyExperience in planning, strategy, managing, and activating multichannel campaignsBSc degree (or similar) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
