Description
Meticulously support throughout the design process which may include design plans, construction contract documents, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, furniture layouts, ergonomic dimensions, finish plans, color plans, cost analysis, engineering systems coordination, document checking, schematic design and schedules

Work with senior design staff on new construction and renovated interiors of select/limited service hospitality projects some full service hospitality projects throughout the Northeast

Produce brand appropriate design presentations

Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design, specifically within FF&E, from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept

Produce mood, material and design presentations with mínimal supervision

Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation with mínimal supervision

Participate in client, vendor and consultant meetings

Provide extensive and rapid fire knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team and client

Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications

Independently create material palettes and inspiration image boards


Ability to Commute:

  • Dulles, VA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dulles, VA 20189: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
