Job description

  • Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Handle questions or complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
A Debt Collector, or Collection Specialist, work with customers to collect their outstanding debts to an organization.

Their duties include organizing and keeping track of customer's outstanding debt accounts, contacting debtors to learn more about their payment status and negotiating payments and payment plans with customers.

Must be ARABIC speaker


Pay:
From AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to Commute:
