- To be an ambassador of the hotel,in and outside the work place.
- To always keepthe working area clean and well maintained.
- Toprovide safe working environment using appropriate materials,equipments and supplies.
- To properly use thetelephone etiquette as per Sofitelstandards.
- To attend to all guests approachingthe Fitness Centre with inquiries or wanting to use the facilities,respecting the hotel standards andprocedures.
- To offer a warm welcome to allguests and ensure that they enjoy theirstay.
- To personally greet and escort the guestsrather than pointing out directions.
- To respectthe privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of theinformation.
- To manage any guest complaint in aprofessional manner, by resolving it, recording it and making surethe guest is satisfied.
- To call the supervisoror manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval isrequired.
- To share daily activity highlightswith the supervisor and manager including internal and externalguest opportunities.
- To be aware of and toreport all guest comments or complaints.
- To beaware of all VIPs visiting or staying in thehotel.
- Implement Fitness programs &assessment procedures.
- To support theactivities of the Fitness Centre Guest ServiceOfficers.
- Participate in all trainingsorganized by Sofitel.
- To daily follow thechecklists.
- To report any equipment malfunctionto the Assistant Manager and follow upaccordingly.
