    Description
    • Assist Engineer to arrange, chairand record meetings, commencing with the kick-off meeting andthereafter progress and management meetings that are deemednecessary.
    • Assist Engineer to establishprocedures for inspection approvals, testing, commissioning inaccordance with the requirements of thecontract.
    • Inspect the site construction workand provide non conformity reports to highlight the deviations withrespect to contractual requirements.
    • Certifiesthe works performed by EPC contractor on behalf of client andjointly signs the MCCs, CCCs etc.
    • Review thecontractor's HSE plan and ensures that the safetyprocedures are followed at site.
    • Review andcomment on the contractor's programs ensuring that theyare sufficiently detailed to demonstrate compliance with therequirements of the contract, allocated resources and cashflow.
    • Review the contractor'sconstruction related ITPs, method statements and materialsubmittals in accordance with requirements ofcontract.
    • Monitor the Contractors progressduring construction and regularly assessesoutput.
    • Implement QMS requirements and conductregular Audits.
    • Ensure the contractor liaisonswith service and other authorities in a timely manner so as not toaffect the progress of the works by attending meetings, monitoringagreed programmes and regular follow-up.
    • Assistsite manager in day to activities including planning, monitoringand supervision activities as detailed by him time totime.
    • Work closely with back office team tohighlight deviations/issues on priority and provide quickresolution to client.
    • Assist Engineer toprepare substantial completion reports including any outstandingrequirements.
