Job Description

Coordinate with all department to help the sales to complete their sales and dispatch the goods to ensure achieving the planned sales target for all regions.1- Prepare the sales contract for customer and sales order internally along with finance approval .

follow up orders are entered in the production plan and communicate status to customers.2- Plan and coordinate the shipping plans with logistics, obtain the freight to territory area and plan the shippings according customers order to deliver the shipping as requested by customers3- Coordinate the packaging requirements with the purchasing manager, check and test the new packaging specifications with the packing department to ensure receiving the packaging materials as per the customer requirements.4- Prepare / follow up customer's documentations for credit control & reconciliation.

5- Generate monthly sales report & any other necessary reports using computerized applications to calculate and control sales volume and profitability6- Plan with the production department by planing sales orders in priority toensure proper dispatching for all orders as per customer PO7- Coordinate with the finance to get the orders released from the system for all regions local and overseas to ensure Job Category Sales & Retail
