Preferred Qualifications:

Batchelor Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
Driver's License with Car
At least 7 years' experience in the UAE on residential and commercial projects
Trained in the use of AutoCAD 2D / 3D software
Trained in the use of Inventor 3D Software (can be plus)
Knowledge on various design styles
Ability to interact with clients
Good level of English and Arabic

Preferred Soft skills:

Ability to function within a design team and across multiple projects.
Sound communication skills, oral, written and electronic.
Ability to prioritize own and others' workload, manage time accordingly and inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of program or budget.
Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
Meet with client to understand the client's objectives and desires.
Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to address client's needs.
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D and 3D Max Vray renderings) for clients.
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed.
Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.
Undertaking design project from concept to completion
Defining project requirements and schedule during the "brief"
Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors.
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
Coordinate with orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements.
Auto Detailing, Drafting and Shop Drawings.
Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
