    Overview

    The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality interior designs and 3D Models using SketchUp for high end luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

    Responsibilities

    Build and develop 3D models of luxury spaces using SketchUp Software, while studying materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design of projects from sketches and CAD files.

    Confer with Design teams to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.

    Confer with the Design Head on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.

    Develop and improve the plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to the intended purposes, such as raising productivity.
    Provide input and feedback on design concepts and ideas.
    Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals.
    Observe management's instructions, especially in the areas of flexibility and teamwork, is essential.
    Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively.
    Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints.
    Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
    Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
    Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met.
    Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

    Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the design industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture.
    5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end Luxury projects.
    GCC work Experience is a Plus.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    A minimum of 5 years' experience using SketchUp Software.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD Software.
    Able to develop and present design concepts.
    In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes
    Having knowledge in 3D Modelling, rendering, and 3D visuals.
    Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
    Ability to provide critical design review to design teams, communicating design ideas.
    Ability to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills.
    Excellent organization and time management skills
    Strong multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.
    Good English language.
    Working conditions and Environment
    The position is an office based in Dubai. UAE.
    The position has no international business travel requirements.
