- Daily briefing with RecreationManager / Assistant Recreation Manager andemployees
- Completely understand and enforceclub's rules and regulations
- Updateand develop SOP's for all work areas and ensure allemployees are fully trained to perform their duties as per thestandards
- Understand and be familiar with allthe facilities, memberships and servicesprovided
- Implement a daily / weekly / monthlycleaning and maintenance check list for all relevant employees andensure it is acted upon
- Ensure the club isclean and tidy and the set up of the club is proper at alltimes
- Ensure all safety and cleaning standardsare maintained throughout the dailyoperation
- Ensure that guest adhere to allclub's rules andregulations
- Responsible for preparing theweekly dutyroster
