1. Cashier (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations at the checkout.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier in the restaurant industry.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
2. Senior Waiter (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontofhouse team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Oversee table assignments and reservations, optimizing seating efficiency.
- Assist in training junior staff and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior waiter in a restaurant setting.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of menu items and a passion for the hospitality industry.
3. Junior Waiter (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing menus and explaining specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
4. Cleaner (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in both frontofhouse and backofhouse areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized restaurant environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a restaurant.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic space.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
5. Barista (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
- Craft a variety of beverages, including coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drink orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee/ beverage station.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a diverse beverage preparation role.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and drink recipes.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
