HR Manager Chinese Speaking - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - CHARTERHOUSE

Description

The HR Manager will handle the overall HR operations, working closely with the HR Director to lead, coordinate and develop the HR Policies and Procedures.

This role will also collaborate with the HR Director and Senior Board Members to develop the HR Strategy to support organisation goals and business growth.

In addition, this role will be responsible for building talent and leading the recruitment and onboarding process, participating in performance management and handling employee engagement.

The HR Manager will also assist in compensation and benefits to improve retention and enhance employee satisfaction.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have further education within HR, Business Studies or Psychology with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Senior HR Role and within the UAE.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is a crucial requirement for this position.
