    • Maintain exceptional levels of guestservice
    • Ensure compliance of brandstandards
    • Evaluate guest satisfaction levelswith a focus on continuousimprovement
    • Participate in hotel promotionalactivities

    A Groups, Conference& Events Executive serving Waldorf Astoria brand hotels isalways working on behalf of our Guests and working with other TeamMembers. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain theattitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

    • Strong knowledge of the hospitalityindustry in Dubai
    • Previous experience inConference & Events with experience in the sales sector ofthe luxury market
    • Good organizational andadministration skills
    • Positive attitude andgood communication skills
    • Commitment todelivering a high level of customerservice
    • Confident telephonemanner
    • High level of ITskills
    • Excellent groomingstandards

    Itwould be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate thefollowing capabilities and distinctions:

    • Knowledge of the hotel propertymanagement systems
    • Luxury hospitalityexperience in a similar role
    • Qualification,degree, or certification in a relevantfield
    • Proficiency in Arabic would be anadvantage
